Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business goals and local regulations.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure staffing needs are met.
  • Oversee employee engagement programs, performance management systems, and professional development opportunities to enhance productivity and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage organizational development, employee relations, and ensure a positive and compliant workplace culture.


The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations specific to the consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with leadership and employees.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals and drive organizational growth.
  • Proficiency in tracking HR metrics and optimize HR processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
