LG Electronics Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's human resources initiatives and supporting the overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding

• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs, and provide guidance on workforce planning

• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events

• Provide HR support and advice to all levels of the organisation, acting as a trusted partner

• Identify and implement HR initiatives to enhance the company's employee value proposition and promote a positive work culture

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
