About the job

Pioneer's Bootcamp is a full-time employment (probationary to regular) where the candidates go through an intensive 3-month training in Makati Head Office (and several Pioneer branches) to become successful hustlers as future Branch Accounts. In the 3 months as probationary employees, the "bootcampers" will undergo an in-house training (flight, accommodation, and some meals provided) where they will learn with their cohort on how to sell Pioneer's product.

We are looking for 20 dynamic and flexible fresh graduates or young professionals from all over the country who are willing to be deployed in Makati for 3 months to be mentored, coached, and trained. After the 3-month training, the candidates who graduate from the program are regularized, promoted, and deployed to their assigned Branch.

Qualifications

• WILLINGNESS TO TRAIN IN MAKATI FOR 3 MONTHS
• Graduate of Bachelors' degree course
• Fresh Graduates with evident communication and interpersonal skills
• 0-2 years of related work experience, preferably gained from sales
