Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Photographer & Videographer to join the OMODA & JAECOO brand team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, strong photography and videography skills, and better have experience in automotive shooting. This role will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that enhances our brand identity and engages our audience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media.
• Capture dynamic and engaging automotive content, including static shots, rolling shots, and lifestyle imagery.
• Responsible for key visual (KV) photography of vehicles, ensuring clarity, appeal, and high-quality imagery that resonates with users.
• Develop photography strategies based on brand aesthetics, including lighting, composition, and color tone, to ensure a consistent visual style.
• Conduct post-production editing and optimization to ensure final outputs meet brand standards.
• Handle lighting, composition, and post-production to ensure premium-quality output.
• Produce short-form and long-form videos optimized for various digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Edit photos and videos using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Manage and organize media assets efficiently, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Understand the core messaging of projects/products from a user perspective and collaborate with stakeholders to express it accurately through visuals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in automotive photography, videography, and digital content creation.
• Work closely with marketing, social media, and PR teams to support brand campaigns with compelling visuals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in brand or commercial photography, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent skills in composition, lighting, and color grading, with the ability to maintain precise brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney and ChatGPT.
• In-depth knowledge of photography equipment, lighting setups, and the ability to handle both studio and outdoor automotive shoots.
• Proven experience in photography and videography, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience in shooting cars (studio and outdoor settings), including motion shots and creative automotive compositions.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with drone photography and videography is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
