What your day will look like:
- SELL SELL SELL - Sell B2B & Close Enterprise level clients
- Build, Grow & Manage a Sales Team
- Calling to establish new opportunities
- Field Work, F2F meetings with prospects & clients
- Reporting to & Strategizing with the CEO, reporting Monthly Quarterly & Annual Targets
- Maintain a very detailed level of relevant knowledge of our SaaS Platform in order to have meaningful and relevant conversations with customers and prospects.
- Through a consultative sales process, you will be responsible for identifying and converting sales targets, including tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activities including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and closing business
- Initiate communication to prospective clients via multiple mediums (email, phone call, LinkedIn, conferences, creative methods, etc.)
- Territory Planning: Develop comprehensive territory plans, proactively drive outbound pipeline generation independently, and collaborate effectively with Marketing and Business Development teams
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to include product, engineering, marketing, and business development to align our offerings with customer business needs effectively
- Revenue Delivery: Manage complete end-to-end sales cycles from generated interest, through qualification, needs analysis, product demos, negotiation, and contract execution
- Sales Reporting: Document daily sales activities in CRM tools, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline, and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to management
- Revenue Planning: Support the executive team in developing plans and strategies for business growth, including building Go-to-Market strategies and annual sales plans
Requirements

- Demonstrable experience in preparing, presenting formal proposals to customers. Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure.
- Strong desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset and be open to coaching & feedback
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills with a comfortability talking to c-level decision-makers
- Detail-oriented, specifically relating to creating proposals, taking notes from client meetings, and drafting service agreements
- Quick learner who will implement coaching quickly as possible without the need for repeat coaching/guidance on the same issues
- Experience with solution-based selling with an emphasis on qualification, asking follow-up questions, understanding unique customer needs (experience with programs such as SPIN selling or Sandler Sales Training or other programs is a plus).
- Proficient managing many different opportunities with sales cycles oftentimes spanning 3, 6, or even 12+ months
- Prioritization and time management skills to successfully focus on the most pressing tasks in a given day
- 3+ years of sales experience: A minimum of 5 years professional sales, sales management and/or account management experience in software / technology / digital transformation solutions.
