JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary:
The Sales Management Officer (SMO) has the primary responsibility of ensuring smooth sales documentation throughout the sales process.
Secondary:
The SMO shall also be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of sales plans and programs related to seller recruitment, training, support and incentives, geared towards the achievement of t sales targets.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Broker Recruitment & Accreditation
- Secure presentation & exhibit slots during broker assemblies and membership meetings to promote PonteFino Estates and its brokers’ network operations.
- Attend to broker accreditation inquiries received via walk-in, phone, email & website
- Facilitates accreditation via collection of documents and MOA signing of all parties
- Regular SMS and E-Blasts that solicits broker interests in PonteFino Estates
- Broker visit to target brokers and sellers
- Facilitate yearly broker accreditation renewal
Broker Activation
- Schedule and conduct bi-monthly Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) for sellers
- Schedule and conduct bi-monthly Site Orientation (Site-O) for sellers
- Send regular updates to brokers via SMS & Email
- Attend to project specific inquiries of brokers by providing email sales kits, customized based on specifications requested by brokers
- Conduct regular “kapihan” or brokers meeting with target brokers
- Extend on-site assistance to brokers during presentation, viewing and closing
Broker Retention
- Guide new brokers on sales delivery beyond their icebreaker or 1st sale
- Propose programs or activities that will develop rapport and broker commitment
- Process and monitor qualification and release of brokers’ incentives
Marketing
- Facilitate ads placement on broker directories & souvenir programs
- Secure sponsorship slots during major broker assemblies & related events
- Hold quarterly and annual sales kick-off and appreciation lunches & general assemblies
- Serves as resource speaker on brief presentation during sponsorships & broker assembly
- Coordinates with Marketing Dept. to secure marketing collateral requirements
Account Servicing
- Provide all necessary information and support to brokers during sales closing
- Secure approval on special booking requests & PV computation
- Facilitate sales submission and booking
- Ensure booking requirement compliance (lacking documents & PDCs)
- Monitor signing and return of sales contracts and other documents
- Monitor account qualification to both sellers and buyers’ incentives
- Monitor account qualification to commission release and assist brokers on all commission-related queries
Other Admin-related activities
- Sales kits preparation for all events and activities
- Routing of incentive qualifying memos & payment requests
- Vehicle reservation for site orientation and other trips
- Cash advance & liquidation of monthly budget
- Preparation of weekly sales closable report
Sales Delivery
- Delivery of monthly and annual sales targets through brokers’ sales production
