We are looking for an organized, passionate, and enthusiastic Account Associate to join our team.

The Account Associate is an entry-level to junior position that plays a pivotal role where you'll be at the forefront of client relationships, nurturing existing connections and forging new ones.

As the primary liaison, you'll address their needs quickly and effectively. You'll drive marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives, working with different teams to achieve goals, and delivering insightful performance reports. Success in this dynamic role requires a strong digital marketing background, robust work ethics, creative problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client;
• Address and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner;
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies;
• Manage and oversee tasks, goals, and KPIs and consistently achieve targets;
• Collaborate and coordinate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines;
• Ensure that all outputs are of high quality and consistent;
• Provide inputs and feedback to other teams and team members;
• Supply management with reports and suggestions to improve;
• Upskill by participating in educational opportunities;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills;
• Must have a solid understanding of digital marketing and marketing in general;
• Must have the ability or first-hand experience in developing marketing strategies;
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Must have outstanding time management and organizational skills;
• Must have proficiency in working both independently and as part of a team;
• Must have the ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative;
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines;
• Must be adaptable, trainable, and flexible working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Must be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
