Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations in a 100-room hotel, including two restaurant outlets: a buffet-style breakfast service and a steakhouse. This role ensures exceptional dining experiences, maintains profitability, and upholds high service standards.

The F&B Manager will lead a team of restaurant staff and supervisors. Will also work with the Sales & Marketing and Kitchen Department while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The position will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the General Manager and owners on key projects to enhance the hotel's F&B offerings and overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the buffet breakfast service and steakhouse, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement F&B strategies to drive revenue, maximize guest satisfaction, and optimize costs.
  • Maintain high food and service quality standards, addressing guest concerns and implementing improvements.
  • Manage staffing levels, training, and performance evaluations for F&B team members.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to curate menus, plan seasonal offerings, and maintain food cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all dining areas.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for both restaurant outlets.
  • Oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and procurement of food and beverage supplies.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and owners on strategic projects and initiatives to elevate F&B operations and guest engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent financial and business acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health standards, and HACCP principles.
  • Experience in menu planning, restaurant promotions, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
